Getting started with First Choice Property Management is simple. In this quick walkthrough, Mason explains the exact 3-step process we use to bring on new rental properties for management in Fort Worth and the surrounding DFW area.

Step 1: Schedule a 15-minute intro phone call

We’ll learn about you, your rental property, your goals, and your investment strategy. We’ll answer your initial questions, explain what to expect, and confirm whether we’re a good fit for a long-term partnership.

Step 2: Book a free on-site consultation (30–45 minutes)

We meet at the property (vacant or occupied) to discuss rental price recommendations, tenant screening details, and rent-ready standards. You’ll receive make-ready repair recommendations proven to reduce vacancy and attract higher-quality tenants — common items include touch-up paint, carpet cleaning, and improving the front landscaping. Then we map out a step-by-step plan for your property.

Step 3: Sign the paperwork (online — no pressure at the consultation)

Everything is signed via e-sign/email. You’ll complete:

• A Property Management Agreement to officially start leasing/managing
• An Owner Intake Form so we can learn key details about your home (filters, mailbox location/number, property features, and what “success” looks like to you)
