Step 1: Schedule Your Free 30-Minute Phone Consultation

During your initial 30-minute phone call, we'll take the time to learn about you, your rental property, and your investment goals. We'll walk you through our property management services, discuss rental pricing and market conditions, explain our management fees, and answer any questions you may have.

Our goal is to make sure you have all the information you need to feel confident in choosing the right property management partner.

Need more time? No problem! If additional questions come up or you'd prefer a more detailed conversation, we're happy to schedule a follow-up phone call or virtual meeting.

Step 2: Sign Your Property Management Agreement Online

We'll send your Property Management Agreement electronically for you to review and sign. You'll also complete a brief Owner Intake Form to help our team gather important details about your property, your preferences, and your goals.

Once everything is completed, you'll officially be part of the 1st Choice Property Management family, and our team will begin coordinating the next steps to prepare your property for management.

Step 3: Property Walkthrough & Management Preparation

Once your property is vacant, our team will schedule an on-site walkthrough to evaluate its condition and determine what, if anything, needs to be completed before placing it on the rental market.

During this walkthrough, we'll review the property's overall condition, identify any necessary repairs or improvements, and evaluate the home against our rental-ready standards. From there, we'll communicate our recommendations, coordinate the necessary preparations, and work toward getting your property ready to lease.

Our goal is simple: protect your investment, minimize unnecessary vacancy, and position your property for long-term rental success.

What If Your Property Is Already Tenant-Occupied?

No problem! The process is still the exact same. After the property management agreement is signed, your dedicated Property Manager will coordinate a convenient time with the current resident to introduce themselves and conduct a walkthrough of the property.

This allows us to establish a relationship with your tenant, familiarize ourselves with the home, and ensure a smooth transition into management with 1st Choice Property Management.
