Rent Collection Policies

Clear, consistent, and aligned with Texas law

• Rent is due on the 1st of each month and late after the 3rd.
• A “Notice to Vacate” is issued if rent is not received by the next business day after the 3rd.
• We will file eviction on or around the 10th if rent remains unpaid.
