Eligibility: Must have an active Real Estate License Successful Referral: Referrer earns $650 when the referred landlord qualifies and signs a property management agreement Calculate Total Payment: $650 for 1st property and $150 for each additional property Reward Distribution: $650 credited via check sent to your brokerage when the property has a signed lease agreement
