Professional Rental Market Analysis
Pricing the home correctly is one of the most important factors in getting your property rented quickly. Overpricing the home will cause the property to have a market stall, costing you time and money. We will run a Comparable Market Analysis and recommend a starting rent rate based off of current market trends and other research.
We start with a competitive rental price analysis which combines market data with our professional knowledge of current market conditions. This provides you the most accurate target rental price possible. Identifying an accurate target rental price will get your investment rented fast, and for the most that the market will bear.
Photos & Video Tours
We use professional photography to capture the spirit of your property, ensuring it stands out on platforms like Zillow and Trulia.
Online & Organic Advertising Exposure
We use syndication from our website to many high traffic online sites for rental listings, as well as the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In some cases, yard signs may be placed when needed and where allowed. Our firm has been around for nearly 30 years and our online representation speaks for itself, we also have a steady stream of past tenants and referrals from past tenants looking to rent through our firm.

Do you allow pets, and how do you screen them?
Yes — in fact, properties that allow pets typically lease faster and to a broader pool of applicants. But we’re strict. We use a third-party pet screening service that checks for breed restrictions, vaccination records, and pet behavior history. We also charge pet deposits and/or pet rent to protect your property. -
What’s your eviction rate in Fort Worth compared to others?
We rarely have to file. Thanks to our screening process and clear expectations upfront, our eviction rate is consistently below 1% — far lower than the local average. But if it ever becomes necessary, we handle everything start to finish. -
How often will I hear from you?
As often as you want. Some owners prefer quarterly check-ins, others want monthly updates. During leasing or maintenance issues, we’re in touch more frequently. You’ll also have 24/7 access to your owner portal — but if you want to call and talk to a real person, we’re here for that too.
