    We collect the appropriate security deposit and any other required funds, oversee lease signing, and confirm that all pre-move-in requirements are met.
  • Texas Property Code Lock Compliance
    Your property must meet Texas Property Code lock and security requirements for tenant safety. We’ll advise you on what is needed and coordinate rekeying through a licensed locksmith when applicable.

Once the lease is fully executed and funds are collected, we turn ongoing management back over to you.

After Move-In: What You Will Handle

Because this is a lease-only / tenant placement service, once the tenant takes possession, you will be responsible for:
