Pet Pledge

For no extra charge to owners under “Full Service” Management, we pledge that your home will not be damaged by any approved pet that 1st Choice has screened and placed in your property. When we allow a pet into a home, we utilize a 3rd party partnership that will screen the pets almost as much as we screen our tenants. At 1st Choice Property Management, we like to deal with hot button issues before they become problems. So, we screen each pet and pledge that you (the home-owner) will not pay out of pocket for pet damage, this amount can be up to $3000 in damage assistance.

• We pay for any damages exceeding the security deposit caused by an approved animal - Damages paid may be up to $3000.
• We partner with a 3rd party organization called PetScreening.com to ensure all pets have current records and validate all Service/Companion Animals.
• Human Damages are not covered.
• 1st Choice Property Management reserves the right to pursue damages caused by tenants neglect for said amounts covered in this program.
