We are so confident we can find you a great tenant that if we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less, we will give you the first 1 month of management for free!
Eviction
Our tenant screening procedures are so thorough that, if at any time we must evict your tenant, we will cover the filing costs for all court appearances and find a new tenant at no cost to you. See Management Plans for details.
Pet Pledge
Our Full Management Plus plan covers up to $3000 in pet damages, caused by any pet we've approved and screened through PetScreening.com (beyond the security deposit), excluding human-related damages and while reserving the right to pursue tenant neglect. See Management Plans for Details.
Happiness Pledge
We want you to be happy! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can cancel your management agreement at any time and without penalty.
Results Pledge
We don’t collect a dime until you get paid! You can rest easy knowing that we are working hard to find the best tenant for your investment and you will not pay us until you get results.
Leasing Pledge
Our leasing pledge states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 9 months of a lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free.
